Join us in our monthly Aerial Pilates sessions to indulge in strengthening, stretching & lengthening your body
Saturday
29 MARCH
SPINE LENGTHENING
Working with the hammock at a was it level, we will move through different exercises that help to increase mobility and flexibility in your spine which will leave you feeling longer, lengthened and energised. We will of course finish with a restorative mindful rest in the hammock (if you haven't felt this before, there's nothing quite like it!)

27 APRIL
BALANCE
Working with the hammock at waist level, we will move through different exercises that help bring awareness to balance; strengthening ankles, finding moments of suspended flight as well as the core aspects of Aerial Pilates - mobility, flexibility & core work. We will of course finish with a restorative mindful rest in the hammock (if you haven't felt this before, there's nothing quite like it!)

18 MAY
POWERHOUSE
Working with the hammock at knee level, we will move through different exercises that help to bring awareness to your powerhouse; your abdominals, back & gluten. This will be an energising (and sweaty!) session but you'll be rewarded , of course, with a mindful restorative rest in the hammock to finish (if you haven't felt this before, there's nothing quite like it!)
