A small-group Aerial Pilates class to strengthen, stretch and restore. Just 3 spaces for personalised guidance.

Lift, strengthen and restore in this intimate Aerial Pilates experience.

Join a small monthly session (maximum 3 participants) designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and reconnect with your powerhouse — your abdominals, back and glutes.

Using a low hammock set at knee height (with occasional use of the hammock at hip height), we’ll move through a series of Pilates-inspired exercises that challenge stability, develop deep core strength and encourage length through the body. Expect an energising (and sometimes sweaty!) class, balanced with mindful movement and breath.

To finish, you’ll be rewarded with a deeply restorative rest cocooned in the hammock — a moment of calm that many people say is unlike anything else.

Your teacher, Grace, is a fully qualified Pilates Matwork and Aerial Pilates instructor, with additional experience as a dancer and aerialist, bringing detailed anatomical knowledge and personalised guidance to this very small group setting.

What to wear

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in (not too baggy or slippery)

  • No jewellery, belts, zips, or heavy makeup (to protect the hammocks)
