Professional dancers of Cornwall and beyond - this is for you!
This is class to continue your technical and creative self as dancers. The class is aimed at honing skills, re-remembering techniques that may have slipped the mind and challenging the body and keeping dance fit, ready for projects, auditions and teaching.
This class is aimed at professionals - dancers, teachers, community practitioners & graduates, but warmly welcome 2nd & 3rd year Dance Students.

Come and try Pilates in the air, suspended in a hammock! Perfect to get your abs working, your shoulders strong, and the mind peaceful.
Using a hammock, suspended low to the ground, creates an unstable surface to challenge your Pilates practice.
Aerial Pilates draws techniques from the Pilates mat work series, as well as from aerial arts. Beginners will start with exercises low to the floor, before advancing to full body suspension and inversions.
Taught by Grace, who is a qualified Aerial Pilates teacher with Air Control Pilates

A class for those looking to improve flexibility and ease out any stresses of the week.
Beginning with a warm up and working through stretch exercises drawn from our experience in dance and pilates, this class is designed to allow you to look after your body and invigorate your muscles and soul. Ending with a deep stretch to leave you relaxed and rejuvenated.

A class that moves at a reasonable place to include all abilities. Suitable for beginners and those who are looking to get back into movement and dance.
The class consists of a variety of cardio, strength and brain teaser exercises to work your strength and stamina in a fun and friendly atmosphere with Freefall's signature energy and enthusiasm!

PLEASE NOTE we generally use 'Block Booking' this means the price is discounted for a block of classes (i.e NO REFUNDS for missed classes). Essentially block booking guarantees your place for the term - it also encourages attendance and therefore you are more likely to get the most out of the classes! It does mean there is no refund though if you can't attend - although you are welcome to come to a different class during that term as a make up class (subject to space/ similar style/level - and letting us know at least 24 hours in advance). Classes cannot be rolled over onto the following block. Thank you :)
