Join us for a one-off class in discovering the wonderful possibilities Aerial Pilates can bring. 

Aerial Pilates is a combination of Matwork Pilates and Aerial Hammock. This class will be taught in a slightly higher hammock, with different options/ levels to choose from in the exercises throughout the class, The fabric hammock is hung about hip height above the ground, and creates a deliberately unstable environment in order to challenge your Pilates practice.

The one hour class will pull upon exercises that you may be familiar from a Pilates matwork class, the hammock creates an extra (and fun!) dimension to experience safely. The class will end in a relaxation, where you can experience the delight and weightlessness from hanging in a comforting hammock.
