Dance in a Day is exactly what it says ion the tin - work with renowned choreographer Sally Knight as she works with you throughout the day to craft a piece ready to share at the end - dance, music & costumes!

Delve into Sally's creative process as well as enjoying creating movement together as an ensemble in a safe, nuturing and lighthearted environment.

Invite family and friends to watch the sahring at the end of the day.
