Welcome to our Freeflow Fit!

A weekly class with a different focus each week, expect an eclectic mix of cardio Pilates, dance fit, stretch classes, functional movement classes and more....! Perfect for those who like to mix up their training from week to week, there's definitely something for everyone! More information about each class below.

CLASSES

- CARDIO PILATES - Break a sweat with this moderate intensity Cardio Pilates Workout. This 60 Minute Full Body Workout will combine Pilates principles/movements with athletic cardio flows to increase your heart rate for a fun and sweaty session!

- 90s CARDIO FIT - Welcome to this full body dance cardio exercises set to some throwback 90's music! A great way to get a sweat on, and it's guaranteed to put a smile on your face! We’ll keep moving through cardio, strength & stretch work accompanied with music from some 90s classics.

- BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY - Whether you’re looking to dig into your flexibility training or just wanting to find release in the body this class guides you through an hour of stretch flows and balance development aiming to leave you feeling relaxed and reconnected. We will work into some deep stretching exercises and offer some easy combinations to find those areas that may need a little love.

- DANCE FIT - 60 minutes of dance, fitness and feel good music. A class packed full of cardio and easy to follow moves combining fast and slow rhythms that will get your heart pumping and feet moving. Leave your stress outside the door and come and dance it out.

- FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT & FITNESS  - A class that follows functional movement patterns of the body. Expect using your body weight in various ways to train in a specific and functional way to strengthen, stretch and tone your body.

Please look after your body, and take it at your own pace, bearing in mind you may feel different each day. Please follow adaptations if needed, please take responsbility for your own body. Enjoy!

4. We will send you your unique code in order to access your class/es if online.

5. Log in or come to the hall on your specified day and join us!

FAQ'S

Q: If I've missed the first class can I book on for the others?

A: Yes! Please just drop us an email on info@freefalldance.co.uk with the classes you're interested in.

Q: Can a few of us share an access code.

A: unfortunately not. The prices are per person not per code. You are most welcome to do classes together however you must each pay the class price.

Q: Can people on Zoom see me during the class?

A: The focus of the camera will be on the teacher, however occasionally people who pass the camera may be seen.

Q: My incomes been cut drastically, but still want to come

A: We will always want to help people to move and dance, if this sounds like you, please just send us an email, and we'll sort something out.

Liability: Your agreement to these classes means that you agree to the following:

I understand that I have enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity including but not limited to dance and fitness based body-conditioning which will be delivered by an online platform Zoom . I hereby absolve Freefall Dance and teachers Grace Sellwood and Charlotte Luke from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing dance and fitness based body conditioning learned with or by Freefall Dance and teachers (mentioned in name above).

I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Freefall Dance (and its teachers) from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program.

Agreement to this Confirmation and Liability Information will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions and workshops whether in person, via Zoom or any other online platforms.
