BLOCK 4 STARTS JULY 13th - AUGUST 13th 2020. 

ADVANCED: Morning Dance Class

Similar vibe and content to our Pro Level class on a Tuesday evening, but with an added skill each week to work on. The class is to help your continual technical development, skill set and conditioning for dance whether you are in-training or in between projects.

Mondays 9.00 - 10:00AM


DAILY DOSE: Morning Fitness Class

A quick dose of exercise to get you up ready to roll for your day, including aerobic conditioning, cardio, arms abs & leg strengthening and a basic stretch to finish. The aim - simply to get your endorphins running and to energise you for your day ahead!

Mondays to Thursdays 8.00 - 8:30AM


Functional Fitness: Tuesday Mornings

Whether you are a professional dancer, recovering from injury or just getting back into movement, this class offers something for everyone. Working into the basics of functional movement, this 45 minute session allows you to delve into the basics of activating your core, upping your heart rate and challenging your coordination and flexibility - all you need is a chair and a 1 metre square.

We were desperate to keep our Open Plus+ weekly classes going, so this is class aimed to do just that. We wanted more people to join us so we've tailored it to include a wider range of levels. Join us for a class with the phrases that swing with momentum, fluidity as well as a cheeky head thinker - our famous 'tricky feet' - all created to fit in your living room! Aimed at beginners with some movement experience to more regular dance class attendees.

Mondays 18.30 - 19:30 (We will be online from 6.20pm for a chat if anyone would like to join us).


PRO LEVEL: Evening Dance Class

Professional dancers of Cornwall and beyond - this is for you!​ This is class to continue your technical and creative self as dancers. The class is aimed at honing skills, re-remembering techniques that may have slipped the mind and challenging the body and keeping dance fit, ready for projects, auditions and teaching.

​​​This class is aimed at professionals - dancers, teachers, community practitioners & graduates, similar to morning advanced classes.

SIMPLY KEEPING FIT: Exercise, Music & Dance Class

This is an exercise, movement and dance class and provides a low impact and full body workout.  There's work on stamina, coordination, flexibility, agility, muscular strength and so much more.  We move to a variety of music.  This friendly class has been running for over 20 years with many original members still attending.  This will be the first time I have taught from my sitting room but we must move with the times and keep our bodies and brains moving.

Thursdays 10.00 - 11:00
