Co-produces annual Freefall Summer Intensives

Grace is a dance performer, dance teacher, harness based aerial performer, matwork and aerial pilates instructor, choreographer and dreamer working from her base in beautiful Cornwall, UK.

Grace loves to bring a warm and electrifying energy to each class. She loves connecting with people and thrives from the energy and atmosphere that each class brings.

​

Grace is one of the founding members of Freefall, even though Freefall is her passion, she also is a successful freelance dance and aerial artist. She regularly performs for Wired Aerial Theatre, amongst other dance and aerial based companies.

​

As well as performing she also has an absolute love for teaching, sharing skills and ideas with others. She absolutely love the freedom movement and dance brings, and fully believes this is found through play, connection between people in the space, and having fun. When she teaches she brings a warm, playful and supportive atmosphere to all classes.

​

She is an Associate Lecturer in Dance at Falmouth University, a fully qualified matwork Pilates teacher with Pilates Foundation, teaching with Cscape Pilates, a fully qualified Aerial Pilates teacher with Air Control Pilates, and co-founder of Off The Wall Aerial Dance Circus.

Charlotte has been working with Freefall since she graduated from Falmouth University with a 1st class BA (hons) in Dance in 2015. 

She is a dance performer, teacher, vertical dance and aerial performer, choreographer and is currently persuing qualifications in Pilates Matwork and Exercise Nutritional Advisor. 

​

She has a passion for teaching and working with people from all varieties of dance backgrounds. She loves working with imagination and creating high energy, inclusive environments within her teaching.

​

In 2018 she was awarded a Developing Your Creative Practice Grant from the Arts Council which has allowed her to travel, train and connect with Mark Morris Dance New York, TRIBE// Dance company in Brighton, Big Wall Lisbon, Kate Lawrence Vertical Dance and Gravity and Levity. It has also facilitated her to choreograph a new duet about her Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and commission a new solo choreographed by Grace Sellwood.

​

She is hugely excited to be able to collate all this new information and explore how it can feed into her existing practice, she can’t wait to get stuck in after this development project and is looking forward to introducing these exciting new ideas into her teaching.

Chrissy Warren - Associate Practitioner

Teaches: Open Dance

​

Chrissy is a contemporary dancer and dance teacher from Cornwall who has been working with Freefall since 2021. She graduated from Falmouth university on the dance and choreography course and now teaches classes to all ages all over Cornwall. 

 

She is passionate about teaching and performing, working with people who like to have fun and explore different movements and ideas.  Chrissy enjoys teaching phrases of  movement which flow and feel good in the body, so every participant leaves the class feeling amazing and energised. 

 

Chrissy has also travelled since graduating around Europe, taking part in dance workshops and festivals to inspire her for the classes she teaches. She is excited to bring her new ideas to the classes this term!
