MORNING MOVERS
A warm and energising morning class with Grace, designed to gently wake up the body, build strength, lift your mood, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
Join Grace to kick-start the year with energising morning sessions designed to help you feel good and ready to take on the day. Each class offers a gentle wake-up and full-body mobilisation, followed by a short burst of aerobic conditioning, arms–abs–legs strengthening, and a soothing stretch to finish.
Set to an eclectic mix of music, these sessions are filled with warmth, laughter, and the shared experience of waking up together. The aim is simple: boost your endorphins and leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and ready for whatever the day brings.
Please listen to your body and move at a pace that works for you—every day can feel different. Adaptations are always available, and you are encouraged to take responsibility for your own wellbeing. Most importantly, enjoy!
Who’s it for?
Everyone is welcome—no experience needed.
Pyjamas and morning coffees are still very much encouraged.
