PILATES BARRE
A dynamic, uplifting Pilates Barre class, blending ballet-inspired movement with core strength and flexibility training for an empowering full-body workout.
Join us for a vibrant class that blends the strength and precision of Pilates with the flow and elegance of Ballet-inspired barre. Expect a series of energising exercises designed to awaken your core, build stability, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced and uplifted.
With both Grace and Char trained in Ballet and Pilates, each session is guided with expertise, encouragement, and plenty of positive energy. You’ll move through dynamic exercises that challenge the body in all the right ways—discovering muscles you may not have met before—while enjoying a class that feels as joyful as it is strengthening.
Please take the class at your own pace and listen to what your body needs each day. Adaptations are always available, and we encourage you to take responsibility for your wellbeing. Most importantly, enjoy moving with us!
