STRENGTHEN, STRETCH & RESTORE

Enjoy a perfect end to half term week, with an Aerial Pilates class to restore calm in body & mind.
Working with the hammock at a low level, we will in equal measure move through some strengthening, mobility and flexibilty exercises and finish with a long restorative mindful rest in the hammock (if you haven't felt this before, there's nothing quite like it!)
Suitable for all experiences, however not suitable with any significant injuries.

About GRACE:
Grace has been teaching Aerial Pilates since 2018 where she trained under Debbie Robbins with Air Control Pilates. Since then she has taught throughout Cornwall, bringing her love for Pilates, Aerial and movement together to form class that leaves you feeling longer, stronger
SUMMER INTENSIVES
Our Summer Intensives have been running since 2010.
Each year is lead by a variety of professional, experienced dance artists teaching in a range of Contemporary techniques, and additional training such as yoga and Pilates.
Aimed at performers, practitioners, independent and emerging dance artists, the different level classes aim to refresh on-going physical, and creative training in a supported and welcoming atmosphere.
The intensive takes place at the purpose built dance
studios of AMATA near the stunningly beautiful Cornish coastal town of Falmouth.

PERFORMANCES
Freefall offers performance opportunities on an adhoc basis. We have previously performed at various scratch nights and sharing platforms across Cornwall and Devon. Watch this space for the next opportunities!
