Freefall offer a range of dance classes for different experiences and backgrounds, as well as our Daily Dose fitness class. Our aim is to try and get as many people moving and dancing as possible, and creating a warm and welcoming community along the way.
A couple of classes are on hold at the moment, but we'll bring them back to life as soon as we can!

OPEN PLUS+ CLASSES
Join our energising Monday night class!
Our Open Plus+ classes take you through some of the basic techniques to help build strength through dance, but ultimatley concentrate on the momentum, swing and joy that dance brings. Alongside the specific dance training, expect short sequences that create flow and suspension and flight through the body.
We pride ourselves in warm welcome and expert teaching. Fly through the space, fall with momentum & meet like-minded people - come and dance with us!

PRO LEVEL DANCE
Professional dancers of Cornwall and beyond - this is for you!
This is class to continue your technical and creative self as dancers. The class is aimed at honing skills, re-remembering techniques that may have slipped the mind and challenging the body and keeping dance fit, ready for projects, auditions and teaching. A variety of leading Dance Practitioners will lead classes through the term in order to give you ta breadth of skill sets to enjoy.
This class is aimed at professionals - dancers, teachers, community practitioners & graduates, as well as dancers in full time dance training.
Tuesdays 18.30 - 19:30
DAILY DOSE FITNESS
A quick dose of exercise to get you up ready to roll for your day, including aerobic conditioning, cardio, arms abs & leg strengthening and a basic stretch to finish. The aim - simply to get your endorphins running and to energise you for your day ahead!

OPEN LEVEL: Simply Keeping Fit
This is an exercise, movement and dance class and provides a low impact and full body workout. There's work on stamina, coordination, flexibility, agility, muscular strength and so much more. We move to a variety of music. This friendly class has been running for over 20 years with many original members still attending, and now Freefall has taken Tamsin's class under their wing!

FREEFLOW: Pilates & Conditioning
A conditioning based class that moves with soft dynamic flow from one exercises to the next. The class is designed and based around exercises chosen to help support, enhance and challenge. Aimed at those with an active lifestyle, whether you’re a dancer, keen runner, athlete, or an active individual. Exercises are based around classical & contemporary Pilates matwork and specifically chosen body conditioning exercises.
Mondays (from April 12th) 17.30 - 18:30
Come and try Pilates in the air, suspended in a hammock!
Perfect to get your abs working, your shoulders strong, and the mind peaceful.
Using a hammock, suspended low to the ground, creates an unstable surface to challenge your Pilates practice.
Aerial Pilates draws techniques from the Pilates mat work series, as well as from aerial arts. Beginners will start with exercises low to the floor, before advancing to full body suspension and inversions.
Taught by Grace, who is a qualified Aerial Pilates teacher with Air Control Pilates
We primarily offer block bookings i.e. booking for a whole term. This is due to the naturally evolving nature of the class, building on strength, stamina & sequences. This also means, there are no refunds for missed classes. However we may be able to fit you in to an alternative class depending on space/ level (if we are told at least 24 hours in advance of your absence)
Dance blocks usually run in blocks of 10x weeks
Fitness blocks usually run in blocks of 5x weeks
JOINING PART WAY
Sometimes people discover classes part way through our block of classes, it is absolutely possible to join us, and come for the rest of the block. Drop us an email!
